Text Message Opt-in Consent

• We have two options for SMS opt in, visit us in person or text us at 305-891-2520. If you want to opt out, please reply STOP and we will remove you from our SMS option.

  • Consent and the number will be obtained virtually or in person.

  • Support representatives will ask if you would like to opt in for updates. Our verbiage includes the following script. “Would you like to receive text messages concerning any updates to your appointment and or health information from Pro Healthcare?

    • Frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out or call the support line 305-891-2520.

• Customer initiated text.

  • With this form of opt-in, you must initiate a text message (also called text-to-join). This means you(patient) text our business first and therefore consent to SMS messaging and any data rates that may apply.
